Taking a break

This is your sign that you need to take a break and spend a few minutes honoring your body. Heck, make it 5 minutes! The important part is that you take some time for yourself - to breathe, to stretch, to reset. If you are stressed, take a 15-minute movement break. If you are very stressed, take a 30-minute break. There are great YouTube videos offering short yoga sessions, or you can simply put on your favorite song and move around a bit. Just do it.
